First off let me be very direct and explain that I have never played the QB position in the NFL. So far be it from me to tell or coach Tony on how to play football. However it is glaringly obvious that Tony self destructs in big games, I.E. Playoffs and in this case the home opener for the new Cowboys stadium.

I’m aware that technically game 2 of the regular season is not a must win playoff game, yet the atmosphere was definitely a playoff one and the steaks were just as high. We have an NFL record crowd, a billion dollar + stadium, Cowboy and NFL hall of famers everywhere, ex-presidents and a ton of movie and other sports stars and a game everyone was counting on the Cowboys to win.

Add it all up and Tony self destructs under the high expectations. Do I bring this up to pick on Tony Romo? No! He is an amazing athlete and a very good QB. I bring this up because it so obvious to see where others need to improve yet so difficult for us to look in the mirror.
